Just answering some frequently asked questions from you:

1. Customisation of new orders:

Yes, I’m doing customised orders. If I have the stones in stock, I will gladly create items designed by you after agreed advanced payment from 25% to 50%! If I don’t have stones in stock, I would ask you to pay 50% deposit (advance payment) to make an order for the stones. Advanced payments for customer orders are not refundable if you change your mind or fail to pay in agreed time. Be aware most of the crystals come from India and it can take up to 4 months to get to Australia!

· How it works: Fill out the form above with required earrings, photos of your design/style. I will send you photos of the stones and discuss what I can create for you, then we will confirm your choice of stones, price, advanced payment and final design!

2. Customisation of items from my shop:

Yes, I can adjust the length of the bracelet in cm (we can make an exact length of the bracelet, you can add / take off an extension etc.

Your choice of earring hooks: I have several ear hooks to choose from, and I can also make handmade ones for you. Depending on the cost of metal, handmade hooks may require extra charge.

· How it works: You can ask to change the ear hook: I will send you a photo and information whether extra payment required.
